Lake Mburo National Park
Zebra, eland and lakeside walks. Lake Mburo is a compact park of rolling acacia hills and lakes, the perfect stop on the long drive between Entebbe and Bwindi.

It is Uganda's best place to see zebra, impala and eland, and because there are no elephants, walking safaris, horseback rides and cycling are possible with rangers. A boat trip on the lake brings hippos, crocodiles and birds such as the African finfoot.
The surrounding countryside is home to the long-horned Ankole cattle, a great photo stop.
